i was almost going to leave a fantastic review, but the miserable reception staff really ruined it for me. no greeting, no assistance, just made me feel like a hassle. oh, and one pillow per person? how generous. i expect at least two! clearly, customer service isn’t their strong suit, shocking, isn’t it?

The location was excellent, just a 20-minute walk to the old town and very close to the ferry port. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed the good shower pressure in the bathroom.
